LCompetition in the Belgian telecommunications market is intensifying, as a fourth player is preparing to arrive, even if the arrival date of this newcomer is not yet known.
Existing operators are preparing for the transition and proposing improvements to their subscriptions, such as proximus. The brand adapts “to market conditions”. From September 1, customers with a Flex package will benefit from more data without a price change. Specifically: for Mobile Flex S, the amount available increases from 12 to 15 GB, for Mobile Flex M from 80 to 85 GB and for Unlimited from 350 to 400 GB.
Proximus also works with the Scarlet sub-brand. The download speed of Loco’s subscription and separate internet packages increases from 70 Mbps to 100 Mbps, and the upload speed is doubled from 10 Mbps to 20 Mbps. Those who want more can choose the Fiber Boost option. The download speed then increases from 200 to 300 Mbps and the upload speed from 20 to 30 Mbps.
