Chapecoense and Hercílio Luz faced each other in the Catarinense under-20

In an appointment valid for the 10th round of the Catarinense Under-20 Championship back, Chapecoense hosted the team of Hercílio Luz, at the Josué Annoni Stadium, in Xanxerê. Rodrigo and Dacol scored, but Verdão was beaten 2×3.

The clash
Just seven minutes into the game, Diego Coser advanced from the left and found Cacá at the entrance to the penalty area; Captain Alviverde finished close to Murilo’s right post. Shortly afterwards, at 15, GleIdson took a shot from the right wing and got fouled. On the kick, Cacá played short for Diego Coser to finish over the goal. Verdão continued to attack and, at the 30 minute mark, David cleared the markers and finished on goal. In response, the visiting team opened the scoring in the fight with Henrique. At the end of the first phase, Paulo Henrique advanced from the right and crossed for Rodrigo to fill the net.

In the second half, Chapecoense came after Cacá took a free kick and Luciano took the ball towards the opposite goalkeeper. At 16, Rodrigo went forward to attack and got fouled on the edge of the area; Cacá took a direct shot and the ball hit the barrier. The opposing team increased the score with Giovanni, at 22, and Miguel, at 25. Verdão scored after Herick took a free kick and Dacol put the ball into the back of the net. The duel ended 2×3.

The next game
The next match for the under-20 category will take place on Friday (19) against the Figueirense team, at 2:30pm, at CFT Cambirela. The confrontation will be valid for the 11th round of the return.
