Apart from this, a receipt is given for Rs.50 only for Parent Teacher Association. No receipt for other payments. The parents allege that if they ask, they say that they will charge for the question paper and record note. Principal Shanti said, “We are collecting the fee set by the government after taking permission from the parent-teacher meeting. Apart from that, we have mentioned on the notice board about the need for which we are collecting money,” he said.
