Initial reports of these failures indicate that so far only 2% of users have reported the errors within the application, mentioning that the error is mainly due to not being able to log in to the server.
This outage occurred both in Mexico and in other countries and so far the failure has continued without allowing users to access their system, affecting workers or students who use the application to carry out daily tasks.
