In Chechnya, coronavirus restrictions have been tightened since October 11. To visit public places, you will need a QR code about vaccinations or previous illness. According to the Chechen state television and radio company Grozny, the code will need to be provided in transport, shops, cultural and entertainment centers, public catering and other places.

If there is a medical outlet, visiting public places is allowed only with a mask. You cannot travel on public transport and visit crowded places without masks.

The occupancy of the halls is limited to 50% of the total capacity, the simultaneous presence of no more than 500 people is allowed. An isolation regime is introduced for people over 65 years of age. The rule applies to the unvaccinated and those who did not have COVID-19.

In Russia, on October 9, the largest number of cases was detected per day since the beginning of the pandemic. On the same day, a record was set for the number of deaths.
