Citizen Portal Caixa has Bolsa Família consultation
Caixa recently launched the Citizen Portal, which gathers information on benefits and social programs in a single place. To do so, simply access https://cidadao.caixa.gov.br/ and log in with CPF and password.
The password is the same used in the Caixa Trabalhador app and in the Bolsa Família app. If you still don’t have your password, register via the website above.
After logging in to the Citizen Portal, the platform offers consultation of various benefits, such as salary bonus, unemployment insurance, Bolsa Família, Vale Gás and other regional income transfer programs. The query is made from the NIS number, which can also be checked on the portal.

The Auxílio Brasil application is still online and provides consultation with the payment schedule and the amount that will be received by the family in March, already including the additional R$ 150.
Another way to find out if you will receive Bolsa Família is by calling 121 from the Ministry of Citizenship, through the Auxílio Brasil app or the Cadúnico app.
How to download the Bolsa Familia app
- Open your device’s menu;
- Look for your phone’s app store icon;
- For Android, access the Play Store and for iPhone, the App Store;
- In the search, type Bolsa Família;
- Touch the yellow icon with the name Bolsa Família;
- It is important to verify that the developer is Caixa Econômica Federal.
- Tap install and then accept and wait for the installation;
- Tap open and login with the requested information;
- When searching for “Bolsa Família” in the app stores, the user will find several apps that are not official. Therefore, before entering your personal data, make sure that the application is developed by Caixa Econômica Federal.
