The “Administrative Resolution authorizing payment to the First Group of Reimbursement of the National Register of Fonavistas Beneficiaries of the First to Nineteenth Payment Group” has been approved in the official newspaper El Peruano. As reported by Jorge Milla, representative of Fenaf Perú (National Federation of Fonavistas and Pensioners Association of Peru) in the Ad Hoc Commission, to Infobae Peru all former contributors to Fonavi who “are on the list can collect starting tomorrow” Thursday, 25 April at the Banco de la Nación.
Jorge Milla informed Infobae Peru that Fonavistas will be able to check who receives this new payment at the Banco de la Nación on the website of the Technical Secretariat (link), with only your Identity Document (DNI). This is the link:
“To consult the information contained in Annex 1 mentioned above, you must enter the consultation module through the website, option: ‘4. Check here if you are part of Reimbursement No. 01, April 2024′, with the identity document number of the Fonavista Holder,” reads the approved standard.

In addition, it had already been reported which Fonavistas will make up this new Reimbursement 1 group, which includes beneficiaries from previous payment lists, with the aim of moving towards the full return of their contributions to the National Housing Fund. Those who will benefit from this new payment are the following:
- It will be for Fonavistas over 80 years old from lists 1 to 19
- For those who are on the registry of the National Council for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities
- And those who have serious and terminal illnesses will be included (and who have reported this health condition to the Ad Hoc Commission).
Likewise, this refund will not have a payment limit on the amounts (previously it was S/6,000), but the returns will have a minimum, which will range from S/40. It is also expected that the Reintegration 2 group can be approved in the following months.

The Ad Hoc Commission for the payment of Fonavi has reported on Reintegration payment groups 1 and 2, the first which is aimed at continuing the return of contributions to the National Housing Fund. However, what can Fonavistas expect who to date have not received anything? In conversation with Infobae Perú, Jorge Milla commented that it is planned to move forward with payment group 21, which is aimed precisely at these Fonavistas.
The representative revealed that, in effect, a new payment is being contemplated for former Fonavi contributors who have not been part of previous returns, from lists 1 to 20. “Payment group 21 will be for Fonavistas who to date have not received payment nothing,” he revealed. However, at the moment these returns are being prioritized for Refund 1.
Likewise, the association of Fonavistas detailed that the registry of list 21 will be carried out according to the criteria established by “Law No. 31928, which are Fonavistas over 60 years of age, registered in Conadis, with serious and terminal illnesses.”

Currently, at Banco de la Nación, the former members who can collect refunds of their contributions are the following:
- Payment groups from 1 to 19: currently those Fonavistas on these lists who did not previously come to collect the amount of their refund that was approved at the time are charged at the Banco de la Nación.
- Payment group 20: since December, a schedule with DNI was approved for Fonavistas on list 20 so that they can collect. Currently, these Fonavistas (the laggards who did not receive payment on their date) can also receive a disbursement of their contributions in the Banco de la Nación.

The spokesperson for the Fonavi Ad Hoc Commission, Jorge Milla, also pointed out that the following list of benefited Fonavistas would receive the return of their contributions at the end of June. However, he maintained that the return will be complex, because the intention is to return the total to the Fonavistas. For this reason, they will have the support of the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (MIMP) and the Better Citizen Service (MAC) modules.
“At the end of June (the following list will be paid), the same number of Fonavistas will benefit. It will support the Ministry of Women, the MAC, the PCM will support them. Now the system has crashed, calls are not coming in. This process is much more complex than the previous one because the aim is to return the total,” she declared in Exitosa.

The Banco de la Nación has also reported on the new Fonavi collection, which can be made for those who are on the registry as of this Thursday, April 25. “The payment is aimed at 153,182 Fonavistas over 80 years of age and belonging to lists 1 to 19. The amount can be collected at any agency of the Banco de la Nación by presenting only the physical DNI, passport or immigration card as appropriate” , points out the entity,
“Fonavistas who have a savings account at Banco de la Nación can pay their money to this account to avoid carrying the amount in cash for security reasons. Likewise, the BN recommends that older adults or people with severe disabilities be accompanied by a very trusted family member to help them with the transfer and, if necessary, also with the collection process. It is also important to remain reserved about the procedure they will carry out and not trust strangers,” he recommends.
According to Jorge Milla, representative of the Ad Hoc Commission, you must take this into account to collect in the BN.
- How is Fonavi collected? After verifying that the Fonavista is a beneficiary of this new payment, he must approach the Banco de la Nación with his DNI. There you can request that the amount that corresponds to you be deposited into your account or transferred to another.
- Can another person collect on behalf of the Fonavista? This payment is direct to Fonavista, meaning that on this occasion they must come with their ID to make the payment effective. But you can go accompanied.
- Is there a payment schedule? On this occasion there is no payment schedule. All Fonavistas who appear in the Reintegration 1 registry can go to collect.
