In response, the family reaffirmed that they are committed to inclusion and that they have met many groups of Chelsea fans and that if their offer is accepted they are ready to make a series of commitments. towards the club and the fans. CST said it would survey its members again if the Ricketts family “publicly set out clear and detailed plans for how it will address supporter concerns».
