For the time being, there are no longer any visitor limits in the Chemnitz open-air swimming pools. The city administration announced this on Thursday. Since the incidence value of 10 in the city has long been undercut, the corresponding hygiene requirements of the state of Saxony have been suspended. They apply again from an incidence value of over 10.
In the Wittgensdorf outdoor pool on Saturday and in the Gablenz outdoor pool on Sunday, bathing parties are celebrated (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.). In the Stadtbad, the previous upper limit of 120 simultaneous users of the 50-meter swimming pool remains in place. The seven-day incidence in Chemnitz is currently 0.8. (fp)
