CHENNAI: In the state level archery championship, Chennai boy won bronze medal.
The 16th State Archery Championship organized by the Tamil Nadu Archery Association was held at the Sairam College campus in West Tambaram.
More than 2,000 players from 24 districts including Chennai and Tiruvallur participated in the competition.
In the competition, M. Kaushik, an eighth-grader at Athampakkam D.A.V. School, won a bronze medal in the under-14 age group ‘Indoor Recurve Bow’ category.
The general secretary of the association Shihan Hussaini gave prizes to the students who won the competition.
