Chennai District Softball Team Claims Victory in State Level Competition
The Chennai district softball team has emerged victorious in the 9th State Level Sub-Junior Softball Championship held in Erode. The team secured first place in the girls category, clinching the ‘Champion’ trophy in the competition organized by the Tamilnadu Softball Association.
The championship saw district teams from 16 districts across the state, including Chennai, battle it out on the field. After intense matches, the Chennai district team stood out and secured the top spot, showcasing their exceptional skills and teamwork.
In addition to the girls’ triumph, the boys’ category also witnessed impressive performances. Trichy secured the first position, followed by Salem in second place, and Krishnagiri and Ranipet in third and fourth positions, respectively.
