It was also revealed that Amutha used the money given for the investment at his own expense. Following this, Prabhakar lodged a complaint with the Chennai Central Crime Branch. The police registered a case against three sections and searched for Amutha. Amutha, who had been in hiding for the past one year, was arrested by the police in Madurai. He is being investigated by the police.
