Farmers receiving basic public service payments must complete annual training related to the promotion of agricultural and rural public service functions. For the convenience of elderly farmers, we plan to provide maximum convenience by conducting customized training for each user, so that they can easily complete the training through automatic telephone training.
The education is given by the Agricultural Products Quality Management Service calling the farmer, and the farmer who receives the call listens to the call for 5 minutes. After listening to the call, the education is automatically completed in the public service direct payment Agrix system, and a confirmation text message is sent. If you do not receive the incoming call or do not listen to the end, you can complete the education by calling the number and listening again.
In addition to this automatic telephone education, towns and villages also operate public direct payment education courses throughout the year, so farmers can inquire about the education schedule at their towns and villages and complete the education in a convenient way according to their personal schedule. If they do not complete the education by the end of September, 10% of the basic direct payment will be deducted, so they should be especially careful.
