Cheongdo-gun electricians brought warmth to teh local community by donating their talents over the weekend.Cheongdo-gun electric civil servants (Cheongmyeonghoe) gave up their weekend on the 1st and extended a warm helping hand to underprivileged neighbors.
Cheongmyeonghoe members visited a disabled family in Hapyeong-ri Village, Maejeon-myeon, who were experiencing inconveniences due to old electrical facilities, and performed talent donation activities by inspecting and repairing electrical facilities free of charge.This talent donation is a volunteer activity conducted voluntarily by members, and has greatly improved the residential habitat through safety inspection of electrical facilities in the home as well as replacement of old wires, repair of lighting, and measures to prevent electrical leakage.
Resident Mr. Kim (born in 1957), who had been experiencing inconveniences in his daily life due to old electrical equipment, said, “I was unable to make repairs for a long time due to cost issues, but I am very thankful that the government officials even gave up their weekends to come to the site and directly replace wires and repair lighting.” “I couldn’t hide my joy,” he said.

in addition, the 5th Singgreen Boys and Girls Choir regular concert hosted by singgreen Boys and girls Choir (Director Lee Sang-gyu) will be held at the Youth Training Center Multipurpose Hall at 6pm on the 8th.
In this regular concert,the Saemaeul Children’s Choir aims to spread classical music by applying lyrics to the symphony’s melody and using musical elements based on the story of the Bremen Conservatoire.
In addition, the Single Green Boys’ Choir’s regular performance will feature a variety of stages, including solo and ensemble vocals by members, and the Yeongnam Ilbo Choir, Veloce Trio, and Phantom Singer 4 Sunshine Tenor hye-chan Ahn will make a special appearance to highlight the concert.
