Cheongdo-gun has selected the winners of the “I Like~ Loved Day♥ Photo and Short-Form Video Contest.” Cheongdo-gun (Governor Kim Ha-su) announced on the 8th that it has selected the final winners of the “I Like~ Loved Day♥ Photo and Short-Form Video Contest.”
This contest was held from May 7 to June 17 with the aim of overcoming the low birth rate, improving positive perceptions of marriage, childbirth, and childrearing, and creating a family-friendly social atmosphere, and a total of 133 works (83 photos, 50 short-form videos) were received.
The judging panel, comprised of experts in each field, comprehensively considered suitability, creativity, and artistry to select the final 18 works (2 best, 2 excellent, 6 encouraged, and 8 honorable mention).
The Best Photo award went to ‘Joy, Bubbles, Dreams’, which captured the joy of both children and adults spreading out through soap bubbles. In the Short-Form Video award went to ‘Hwangso-ri Baseball Team’s Cheongdo Happiness Charter’, which happily expressed the Cheongdo Happiness Charter in everyday life.
Prize money will be awarded to the best (1 person) in the photography category: 800,000 won, the best (1 person) 500,000 won, the best (1 person) 1,000,000 won, the best (1 person) 700,000 won in the short-form video category, etc. The selected works will be widely used as promotional materials to improve awareness of low birth rates.
The awards ceremony will be held on August 9th at the Population Day event. Part 1 will feature a sand art performance and awards ceremony, while Part 2 will feature a family entertainment center! Cheongdo edition, magic show performances, etc.
Kim Ha-su, the governor of Cheongdo County, said, “I would like to thank everyone who has successfully expressed the emotions, fulfillment, and happiness that come from marriage, childbirth, and childrearing in Cheongdo through great works.” He added, “We will do our best to take the lead in overcoming the low birth rate and creating a social atmosphere that encourages childbirth.”
