Chennai: Poet Vairamuthu has said that Tamil Nadu is proud of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s inauguration of Chess Olympiad.

The 44th International Chess Olympiad has started in grand style in the chess capital of Tamil Nadu. The Chess Olympiad series will be held from today to August 10 at the Four Points Private Star Hotel in Mamallapuram. More than 2 thousand international players from 186 countries have participated in this.
