Chhatra Dal relief distribution among flood victims in remote areas

Chhatra Dal leaders and workers have distributed relief to the flood victims in the remote areas of Noakhali and Lakshmipur. These reliefs were distributed on August 27 and 28.

Among the reliefs given by the Chhatra Dal are rice, pulses, potatoes, onions, garlic, oil, turmeric, chillies and other essential items for cooking. In addition, basic necessities, dry food, biscuits, jaggery, food water, food saline, clothes for the elderly and children, sanitary napkins, essential medicines, etc. are necessary logistics for survival in hostile environment.

The relief program was led by Chhatra Dal Central Parliament Joint General Secretary Tariqul Islam Tariq, Dhaka University Chhatra Dal Senior Vice President Md. Masum Billah, and Chhatra Dal Central Parliament Joint General Secretary Tauhidur Rahman Taj.

Apart from this, Chhatra Dal Central Sangsad Social Services Secretary Mahfuzur Rahman, Sports Secretary Burhanuddin Khan Saikat and others participated in the relief distribution program.

Joint General Secretary of Chhatra Dal Central Parliament Touhidur Rahman Taj said that Chhatra Dal has been conducting relief distribution and rescue activities in the flood affected areas since the beginning. As part of this, we entered the remote areas of different upazilas of Noakhali and Lakshmipur and distributed relief to the Banvasi people.

Under the guidance of BNP Acting Chairman Tarek Rahman, since August 23, Chhatra Dal central parliament has continued to distribute food to flood victims in Feni. Under the guidance of the party, the relief program of various units of Chhatra Dal in the flood-affected areas is ongoing.
