The heated demand in the first fortnight of September – due to the payment of salaries – and the leaner availability in the domestic market have strongly boosted the values ​​of poultry products in recent days, according to a Cepea survey. In the cuts and offal market in Greater São Paulo, specifically, breast fillet was the one that showed the most intense appreciation, demonstrating its good liquidity in the national market.
