ROMA. «The two murderers of the vice brigadier Mario Cerciello Rega have received a reduction in their sentences. In particular, Gabriel Christian Natale Hjorth will be able to serve house arrest in a house in Fregene and we cannot exclude, in the near future, the transfer to the USA and the release of the two murderers. We do not want to believe that the return to Italy of Little Strongconsidered a fraudster and a murderer in the United States, was exchanged, for obscure political convenience, for the blood shed by a servant of the State”. This is stated by theUnarma Carabinieri trade union association.
“We ask the Government – adds Unarma – to clarify this matter and to deny any hypothesis of a prisoner exchange that could tarnish the memory of a brave servant of the State. Do not make us ashamed of being men of the State. Justice must prevail and the assassination of vice-brigadier Cerciello Rega must not be forgotten or belittled”.
