Sivasankar, who rose to fame as a choreographer and actor in Tamil cinema, was admitted to a private hospital in Hyderabad due to a corona infection. He died of a heart attack yesterday, after being said to be in critical condition for the past few days.

In this context, Tamil Nadu First Minister MK Stalin has condoled the death of dance director Sivasankar. In a post on his Twitter page, he expressed his condolences and said, ‘The Government of Tamil Nadu Award for films including Artist’s Uliyin Osai, Poove for You, National Award for his work in the film Magadheera; The demise of Sivashankar Master, who contributed to the success of countless songs through his dance movement, is heartbreaking.
