Former CEO and chairman of the board of Danfoss, Jørgen Mads Clausen, turns 75 on Saturday. But he does not sit idly by and sees his role as the cohesive force and ambassador to carry the family spirit into the now 90-year-old family-owned industrial group with around 42,000 employees globally.
