A one-year-and-seven-month-old child died inside a daycare center in the municipality Gustavo A. Madero; the cause of death is unknown.
The events occurred in a children’s center located on the street Chiquihuite Hillin the colony Hills of Cuautepecwhere the ranch staff requested the presence of emergency services.

Lifeguards of the Rescue and Medical Emergency Squad (ERUM) who came to the support diagnosed the child with no vital signs for unknown reasons, with no trace of violence, reported the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC).
The boy’s father, his teacher and a 21-year-old man were at the scene. Before the paramedics arrived, he gave him first aid following the instructions he received through 911, but was unable to revive him.

Also present was a 32-year-old man who told police he was the director of the daycare center and who requested the arrival of emergency services.

Following the events, the officers presented the school principal and the teacher in charge to the public prosecutor in order to determine responsibilities.
