On the city square of Novomoskovsk, vandals wielded and destroyed the playground. This was reported on the official website of the new Moscow administration.
Even before the official opening in the recreation area, the carousel-balancer, drums and rope structure were broken. In the near future, the play facilities will be restored by the contractor, but this does not guarantee that vandalism will not continue. To solve the problem, the authorities decided to install more CCTV cameras on the square.
Punishment under article of the Criminal Code “Vandalism” provides for a fine of up to forty thousand rubles or in the amount of the convict’s salary or other income for a period of up to three months, or compulsory work for up to three hundred and sixty hours, correctional labor for up to one year, arrest for up to three months.
