Beijing is located thousands of miles away from China’s permanent sanctuaries in the Pacific. China aims to establish a permanent foothold on existing trade routes along the African coast in the Atlantic Ocean. China, which mines and builds in many African countries, is sending troops to all areas. According to international intelligence agencies, the vast majority of workers and engineers are PLA members.
China, which has been providing industrial and construction assistance to impoverished African countries, is also providing massive financial assistance.
