China market fire: 9 burnt to death, including firefighter

Foreign media have reported that a terrible fire broke out in the market in China.

A popular market in the port city of Dalian in northeastern China suddenly caught fire .The fire is said to have spread from underground below the market.

Meanwhile, a large number of firefighters rushed to the scene in fire trucks after receiving information about the fire. They were actively involved in the task of extinguishing the fire.

However, nine people, including a firefighter, were trapped in the blaze and died on the spot. Another 5 people sustained serious burns. All 5 of them have been recovered and admitted to the hospital for treatment.
