China to reopen borders, scrap quarantine for international travellers from Jan 8- Dinamani

China’s government has announced that it will lift the quarantine for international travelers from January 8 and reopen international borders.

The Corona virus that originated in the city of Wuhan in China has spread all over the world and caused a great threat. The government of that country imposed various restrictions on those coming from abroad. With the borders closed, the corona virus was kept in category “A” on the country’s health list. This situation has been going on for the past 3 years.

Earlier, travelers from abroad had to spend two weeks in mandatory quarantine in government hostels. This was gradually reduced to five days with three days of observation.

After the corona virus infection is spreading again in China, various activities have been restricted, and the country is facing nationwide protests.

In this case, after almost three years, the National Health Commission has announced that it will reopen the international borders and come out of the quarantine.

Also, after 3 years, China has moved the corona virus from ‘A’ to ‘B’ category on the health list.
