Washington: The United States has said that China is thinking of taking advantage of India’s neighbors Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Nepal, which are suffering from economic and financial crisis, at a favorable time by providing loan assistance. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken is scheduled to visit India for a 3-day visit on the 1st.

On the occasion of his visit, US Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Countries, Donald Lew, said in an interview, “The United States was informed during the talks with India that China is concerned about providing loans to India’s neighboring countries, including Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.”
