Didi offers transportation and app services to approximately 600 million users in Asia, Latin America and Australia. According to the company in October 2020, the number of trips reached 60 million daily. It operates in 14 countries outside of China, mainly in Latin America: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Panama, Peru, Russia and South Africa. The number of trips outside China in 2020 amounted to 1 billion.In Russia, it operates from August 25, 2020 in Kazan, from November 24 – in 15 more cities of the Volga region and the Central region of Russia: Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Izhevsk, Yoshkar-Ola , Kursk, Lipetsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Orenburg, Penza, Ryazan, Tambov, Tver, Tula and Cheboksary. Since the launch of the service in Russia, more than 2 million passengers have made 11 million trips with Didi. To date, more than 116,000 drivers from 4,000 taxi companies are connected to the service in Russia.
