Chinese province says it will end birth control – News

Shichuan province, China, announced that it will end the birth control measure that allows only three children per couple. The new guidance, which will be inaugurated from the 15th of February, will also make it easier for couples without formal union to receive benefits for their children. The measure comes after news that China is facing a serious demographic crisis, which has seen its population decline for the first time in more than 60 years.
