The ship León Chios, which is managed by a Greek shipping company, “damaged” by an unmanned remote-controlled surface vessel (USV) sent by the Houthis, without its crew asking for help.

According to the Houthi spokesman, the ships were chosen because the ship-owning companies use “Israeli ports”.
In particular, the Bentley I, which CENTCOM says is owned by Israel, has been the subject of “multiple” attacks against the US and British maritime security body, the UKMTO. The first attack used three surface ships, two with a crew of three and the third remotely piloted.
An anti-ship ballistic missile was then fired, according to the US military.
Despite the attacks, the crew is safe, the vessel is undamaged and continues on to the next station. UKMTO reported that the crew reported that three rockets exploded a short distance from the ship, which, however, did not hit her.
