Chris Evans and Alba Baptista bought a house in Portugal
The couple has visited our country several times and even passed through Lisbon in February, a month before the acquisition.
Although they both live in Los Angeles, USA, Chris Evans and Alba Baptista bought a house in Lisbon, in the Lapa neighborhood. The news was reported on the V+ channel of TVI, this Monday, August 12.
The couple spent their vacation in Portugal in February and strolled through the Príncipe Real area. There, they took pictures at the Cevicheria restaurant, run by chef Kiko Martins. It remains unknown whether they were already negotiating the purchase of the property at that time.
“After nearly two years of searching, they finally found what they wanted. The couple’s new home is located in the Lapa neighborhood and, as far as we know, was purchased in March 2024,” revealed Adriano Silva Martins, host of the program “V+Fama.”
The Portuguese actress, Alba Baptista, 27, and Chris Evans, 43, got married in secret last October. The ceremony took place at the home of the star of the “Captain America” and “The Avengers” saga.
During the ceremony, several family members and friends of the couple were present, who were required to sign a document ensuring they would not disclose any details of the event, confirms “The Daily Mail.” In fact, one of the rules was that they could not even bring mobile phones.
The guest list, as expected, included superstars from Hollywood, such as the cast of “The Avengers”: Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, and Jeremy Renner were among those present.
After months of rumors, the couple publicly acknowledged their relationship in January 2023. The American actor shared on his stories a compilation of videos with a retrospective of 2022, with a caption featuring hearts. In the images, Alba Baptista always appeared.
According to U.S. media, they had been together for over a year.
