Stause took to Instagram recently to address persistent comments from fans suggesting a possible reunion with Oppenheim.
In a screenshot shared on her Instagram Stories, Stause highlighted a comment from a user who expressed missing her with Oppenheim. Determined to set the record straight, Stause responded, “I get these comments all the time on every post, so let me be clear. It’s never happening.”
Stause, who recently married musician G Flip in a private ceremony, revealed that she has found her “forever partner” in G Flip and that they are planning a future together, including starting a family. She wrote, “I met my forever partner with G and we are planning a family. Everything happened the way it was supposed to.”
While Stause clarified her stance on her relationship with Oppenheim, she also emphasized that she continues to maintain a strong friendship with him. As a co-star and boss on “Selling Sunset,” the two have had a close working relationship, and Stause made it clear that Oppenheim is happy and will be a lifelong friend. However, she urged fans to stop “shipping” them as a couple, explaining that judging a relationship based on public glimpses is not the same as truly knowing what is right for oneself.
Stause’s honesty and upfront approach in addressing the speculation surrounding her and Oppenheim should put an end to any lingering doubts.
