The run lasted fourteen days. Saturday November 11, Frédéric Descours, the father of Jehann, 12 years old, and Alixe, 10 years old, sent a text to the media entitled “Hello, papa tango Charlie, answer me, we are looking for you”. He was alarmed by the fact that his children had been missing for two weeks that day and that he had not heard from them since. But what he didn’t know when he made this desperate appeal, the Greek authorities had already found them.

During the night from Friday to Saturday, in fact, the children were located on Samos, a Greek island, and their mother was arrested. Christelle Doisy, 49, had kidnapped them while they were placed in child welfare in the Somme. She should have brought them back on Saturday October 28 to their host family near Amiens.

After this kidnapping, they were included in the wanted persons file (FPR) and an order prohibiting them from leaving French territory was issued. Case within the case, if these children had to be placed, it is because their parents must appear from November 28 for numerous scams committed throughout France.

He discovered his real name in police custody

The father, Frédéric Descours, retired from the National Navy, claims to have been cut off from his family and to have lost all his savings, more than 200,000 euros during his six years of relationship with Christelle Doisy. He explains that he was manipulated by the one who managed to make him believe that they were being pursued by hitmen. He had discovered her real name in police custody, her troubled past and had also learned that she had escaped from prison in 2009. Thus, in 2018, during her judicial review, Christelle Doisy had married Bruno, a man who was also plucked overnight.

At the beginning of September, the children’s placement in foster families was extended for another year. At the same time, visitation and accommodation rights were granted to the mother. She could exercise it either in the Somme or in the Var, the department where she lives. Frédéric Descours said he was worried, since in July 2023, Christelle Doisy had obtained an appointment at Amiens town hall to have Jehann and Alixe’s identity cards redone. This even though she was well known to this administration for having succeeded, in the past, in obtaining real-false documents with falsified supporting documents. In 2015, she was able to receive six false passports in less than six months.

Complaint for breach of trust

In May 2022, Christelle Doisy had already fled with her children to Ardèche. She then violated her judicial control and was placed in pre-trial detention. After this disappearance on October 28, Frédéric Descours filed a complaint for non-representation of a child with the Beaumont-du-Périgord gendarmerie (Dordogne). Child Welfare also filed a complaint.

With Guillaume T., her new companion, Christelle Doisy is also the subject of proceedings for breach of trust. They fled with the children aboard a rented camper van in Bouches-du-Rhône from October 19 to 23.

“My client’s children are safe, it’s a great relief. Now, he hopes to finally be able to be invested in their lives as he should have been from the start. Seven years away from them is irreparable, reacts Me Ilyacine Maallaoui, Frédéric Descours’ lawyer. The question of the upcoming trial arises, for us it is unthinkable to conceive of a hearing without it, and we will keep the same line of defense, that of innocence. »

Last May, Christelle Doisy was found guilty before the Amiens court, forcing the magistrates to refer the case even though the prosecution had expressed certain doubts about the authenticity of the medical certificate she had produced.
