In Chuvashia, anti-epidemic measures for coronavirus are being tightened. First of all, all cultural and public events with a large crowd of people fell under the ban.
The head of the republic, Oleg Nikolaev, instructed the regional ministry of digital in the course of a week to work out the mechanism of online ticket sales through QR codes to cinemas and theaters of the republic. The department also needs to come up with ways to refund money for tickets that viewers have already bought without a QR code.
– In view of the fact that we do not limit the activities of these institutions so far, the entrance is only by QR codes, or by certificates that they have antibodies, – emphasized Nikolaev.
The mobile platform with QR codes has already been tested on Saturday, September 25. On this day, the Health Day was held in the republic. People with a vaccination certificate could visit sports facilities free of charge.
According to the Minister of Sports of Chuvashia Vasily Petrov, technical failures occurred in the process, and it is not yet clear what to do with residents of the republic under 18 who are not vaccinated against coronavirus. The minister promised that all problematic issues will be worked out by the next Health Day, which should take place on 23 October.
Note that the new restrictions will affect not only ordinary citizens of the republic. For example, deputies of the new convocation of the State Council of Chuvashia will also be able to take part in parliamentary sessions only if they have a QR code or a negative PCR test.
The day before, the head of the republic made further changes to the decree on coronavirus restrictions in force in the region. According to them, the holding of mass events with the full-time presence of people is suspended, including leisure, entertainment, entertainment, cultural, physical culture, sports, exhibition, educational and advertising. So far, only street people, Nikolayev specified.
– In the near future, we plan to introduce requirements for attending events in cultural institutions, catering establishments only by QR codes or by certificates of the presence of antibodies to coronavirus, if a person has been ill in the past six months, – added the head of the region.
