Hasyim then sent a list of the items he had entrusted, namely one PPLN vest, one pair of clothes, one CD, and two packs of cwie mie.
The complainant then asked the defendant what was meant by CD even though the item was not included in the items requested or entrusted by the complainant.
The defendant replied in a joking tone, ‘Oh, sorry, I slipped, hahaha’.
