(ANSA) – ROME, JUN 04 – After ten weeks of shooting, Pedro Almodóvar has finished the production of his next, awaited film ‘Madres Paralelas’ in Spain, of which the first images have been released. The director returns to rediscover the female universe, motherhood and the family. In the cast Penelope Cruz, Milena Smit and Aitana Sánchez-Gijón play the three mothers of the story and Israel Elejalde the role of the male character. With them also Julieta Serrano and Rossy de Palma. Produced by El Deseo, with the participation of RTVE and Netflix, the film will be distributed in Italy next autumn in theaters by Warner Bros.
