(ANSA) – ROME, JULY 23 – The proposed renewal of the national labor contract of the Poste Italiane group, which expired in December 2023, was signed tonight. The contract provides for a total economic recognition of 230 euros, of which 192 euros on the minimum wage scale (for the reference level C), to which 38 euros are added. Furthermore, upon dissolution of the reserve, a one-off amount of 1,000 euros will be recognized. Slp Cisl expresses its satisfaction with the economic part, which recognizes an increase in the minimum wage scales well beyond that foreseen by the inflation indicator taken as a reference by the current contractual rules (the Ipca index): for the four-year period 2024-2027, the Ipca adjustment would in fact have foreseen an increase of just over 140 euros. The signing of the agreement with the unions for the renewal of the contract “is the result of a process in which everyone has been able to do their part with a great sense of responsibility to achieve a common goal, that is, to improve the salary levels of our 120,000 employees, supporting their purchasing power, and contributing to the company’s growth path to consolidate its leadership in the Italian corporate landscape”. This is what the CEO of Poste Italiane Matteo Del Fante said. (ANSA).
