Prosperidad Social administers the Citizen Income and VAT Refund programs, and according to the schedule, There will be six payment cycles spread over four periods throughout the year. The first cycle, which begins on July 25 and runs through August 14, includes the delivery of $409 billion to more than 2 million households. Priority will be given to households in extreme poverty, especially those headed by a single parent and those with children under six years of age in their care.

Banco Agrario has reported that beneficiaries will be able to receive their transfers through various methods, including offices, banking correspondents (Supergiros, Efecty, Reval, Punto de Pago, ePago and SuRed), Movii, the BICO electronic wallet and ATMs in the Servibanca network. The selected beneficiaries will receive a text message indicating the payment method: for those with bank accounts, a payment will be made to a savings account or BICO, which can be withdrawn at ATMs in the Servibanca network; for those without bank accounts, payment will be made at the counter in the Bank’s offices or banking correspondents.
Banco Agrario has a presence in 1,104 municipalities across the country, with 793 branches, 131 light offices of the Banco Agrario de Colombia Más Cerca format, 2,302 ATMs of its own and of the Servibanca Green Network, and more than 12,500 banking correspondents of its own and of allies.
