The bookseller Pepe Lomas, 81 years old, has been sentenced by the Provincial Court of Ciudad Real to six to three months of prison for the death of Nstor David Ramírez, 35 years old, whom he shot twice after the man entered his farm to rob him.
The ruling also includes compensation of 48,000 euros for each of the victim’s parents as well as 19,000 euros for each of his three brothers, which represents a total of 153,000 euros.
The sentence was announced this Friday after on Saturday, April 13, a jury found José Manuel Lomas guilty of the crime of intentional homicide with the incomplete defense of anomalous or psychic alteration and the confession mitigation.
