One year after its operation, the Beneficiary Assistance Center of the Directorate of Economic Benefits of State Civil Pensions (PCE), has facilitated more than 113,198 procedures and services to its beneficiaries.
This Service Center is part of the comprehensive solutions offered by the institution, to facilitate and provide a service more quickly to users.
The insured and their families can request proof of medical service, loan application, return of own funds, validity of rights, procedures for pension, widowhood and help with funeral expenses, in addition to completing affiliation, recognition of seniority, among others.
Some of the most recurring procedures are: membership applications, certificates for pensioners and retirees, requests for replacement of funeral expenses, assignment of a family doctor, loan applications and widow’s pension.
The Center is located on the ground floor of the administrative building and is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., in the Chihuahua Delegation.
It should be noted that next month, Pensiones Civiles will open a new Attention Center for Beneficiaries in the Juárez Delegation.
