New Delhi: The results of the civil service examination were released yesterday. Out of a total of 685 candidates, the top three are held by women.
These are conducted in three phases namely First Examination, Main Examination and Interview. The main examination for the year 2021 was held in January. Interviews were held in April and May. In this case, the results were released yesterday. Of these, 244 have passed in the general category, 73 in the economically backward, 203 in the other backward classes, 105 in the SC, 60 in the ST, for a total of 685.

Sruthi Sharma, Angita Agarwal and Gamini Sinha are the top three women in the top three. The results were released on UPSC’s website www.upsc.gov.in yesterday. Scores are due to be released within 15 days from today.
