Collectives in Tamaulipas They denounced the kidnapping of father of a Senator substitute for Morena in the entity; they ask for support from the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) and the Gulf Cartel (CDG) to rescue him.
Through a statement, Delia Quiroa -spokesperson for the National Collective of Victims of Diez de Marzo and the Union of Collectives of Searching Mothers in Tamaulipas– denounced the plagiarism of Jose Ventura Castillo Ramirez -father of Veronica Castilloalternate senator of the Morena party Olga Sosa-.
According to the spokesperson, Mr. José Castillo was kidnapped yesterday. Wednesday, July 31 at 8:30 p.m. when he was heading home.

The spokesperson addressed her message to the groups of CJNG y CDG to request their support and that they can find the victim.
“It is a pleasure to greet you and apologize for bothering you again. We kindly and respectfully come to you again to request your intervention in the search and rescue of Mr. José Ventura Castillo Ramírez,” the statement said.
The letter states that those responsible for the businessman’s deprivation of liberty asked the Morena senator for two million pesos.
However, the groups point out that in light of the alleged kidnappings of businessmen that have been recorded in Reynosa, the CJNG and the CDG are not responsible for these kidnappings, as well as that of Mr. Ventura Castillo, but “a group of armed forces belonging to the government” would be.
They added that they turned to these two organizations “due to the absence of a special group to rescue kidnapping victims in the State of Tamaulipas. We ask you to please help us locate and rescue Mr. José,” since “it is a good time to show Mexico that you care for the people.”
Lastly, in the message they address those responsible for the kidnapping of the father of the alternate Morena senator to “take heart and return him safe and alive.”

Video of call with alleged kidnappers released
Delia Quiroa’s Facebook account shared a video of an alleged call with the kidnappers who confessed that they have “ears in the ear” Government, FGR, State Police y Marina” who would inform them of any action taken against them, since “everything has been bought.”
Later, the kidnapped man’s daughter asks to speak with him and then the kidnappers tell her that her father has a debt of six months for two million pesos.
