It has now become known that a lawsuit in the amount of NIS 4.5 million is being filed against the Bater company by the “Had Ad Investment Management” company. According to the plaintiffs, “Better” violated a lease that was signed about two years ago for a period of twenty years, and this after only one year. In addition, they claim in the lawsuit that throughout the last year, Bater was late with most of the rent payments until it unilaterally withdrew from it.
According to the plaintiffs, negotiations took place in the last year in order to reach a settlement, but it exploded.
