In her speech, the former delegation head of Iztapalapa emphasized that her administration will continue the transformation initiated by Dr. Claudia Sheinbaum and President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, with emblematic mobility projects such as the Cablebús and Metrobús, in addition to prioritizing the total renewal of the Metro as a fundamental axis of its management.

In the educational field, Brugada announced the elimination of the Comipems exam and the construction of high schools and universities throughout Mexico City, along with support programs for university students, scholarships for transportation and student cafeterias.

Regarding social housing, he proposed the largest program in the history of Mexico City, with the construction of more than 200 thousand actions to benefit those who do not have a home and cannot pay rent.
