Quito: 13 prisoners were killed in a prison clash in the South American country of Ecuador. 2 people were injured. The incident took place at the Bellavista prison in the town of Santo Domingo de los Colorados, 80 kilometers from the capital Quito. 44 prisoners were killed in an encounter here in May. The security officials have brought the situation under control in the jail, officials said.
