The comedian’s death was confirmed early this morning.
In the early hours of this Sunday, July 14, the death of the renowned Chilean comedian was confirmed Claudio Reyes at 64 years old.
According to information from Teletrece, the actor also died around 11 pm this Saturday after suffering a heart attack while celebrating a friend’s birthday.
The Mayor of Longaví Christian Menchaca and Claudio Reyes’ stepbrother, Cristian Garcés Norambuena, confirmed the unfortunate event, who regretted the situation.
Claudio Reyes became known in the world of entertainment during the 90s when he entered the remembered program Japening with Já. In that space he stood out playing characters such as “Clementine”, “The Huaso Clemente“, and the most famous of all”Charly Badulaque”.
Reyes also ventured into politics. In fact, between 2004 and 2008 he was a councillor for the municipality of Puente Alto, where he represented the Independent Democratic Union (UDI).
His body was transferred to the Legal Medical Service of Santiago.
