Later the protest was also staged inside the summit when the Prime Minister, Mario Draghi, was interrupted by some activists who displayed signs and slogans against greenwashing and were identified by the police. “There cannot be climate justice if we do not listen to the populations who are affected these days – explained the Ugandan activist Vanessa Kanate – climate change is not a problem of the future, but of the present already ”.
