The Observatory of the Coalition against Cluster Bombs released on Tuesday its 2023 report on the monitoring of anti-personnel mines, which, among other elements, highlights the intensive use of this type of weapon in Ukraine since the Russian invasion in February of 2022. The report specifies that in 2022 there were 1,172 victims due to the use of these weapons, despite being prohibited by an international treaty.
