«LThe Ebomaf group has already created another company to compete with CNNII.
It’s called the Pan-African. It is already registered in the file of the National Investment promotion Agency (ANPI).
This spectacular turnaround could be explained by the rise tensions within the personnel of the maritime company but also between the shipowner and the current director general of CNNII, Rear-Admiral Alain Jérôme Mounguet Ingoule.
“The Ebomaf concession signed in February 2024 is having difficulty functioning.
However, at the request of the dealer, all the documents requested to put the plan into music were sent, but to date we have not received any feedback.

The full settlement of the 17 months of salary arrears within a week as mentioned in the dealer’s forecasts and which is becoming a real stumbling point for the social balance of the company.
