Coco Gauff Eliminated in Shock Upset at US Open as Top Seeds Advance

The American tennis player Coco Gauff, the defending champion, failed to reach the quarter-finals of the US Open today, losing to compatriot Emma Navarro, on a day when the doubles pair Borges/Cabral was also eliminated.
